In order for our machines to successfully process a sell and allow you to withdraw your cash, we must receive the exact amount of coin that's indicated on the sell receipt.

If an incorrect amount is sent, the ticket will not allow a withdrawal, and we need to manually send this coin back to you. Please fill out the form below, and we will process your request as quickly as possible. However, please note that it can take up to 24 hours for us to send your refund.
